PyPhase是一個用于從在線(propagation based, Fresnel diffraction)相襯圖像中進(jìn)行相位恢復(fù)的開源代碼。

它旨在提供：

• 為專家用戶提供靈活的相位恢復(fù)工具箱；

• 高度模塊化，集成了各種不同的功能，如配準(zhǔn)、層析成像、快速傅里葉變換、讀寫數(shù)據(jù)和可視化的高水平模塊；

• 集群和異構(gòu)計算基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施部署工具；

• 相位恢復(fù)算法的實現(xiàn)和開發(fā)工具；

• 適用于非專業(yè)用戶的命令行界面和圖形用戶界面。

本研討會的目的是介紹PyPhase包的實現(xiàn)原理，用法，以及對安裝和初始使用以及應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持。參與者需要攜帶自己的數(shù)據(jù)來使用PyPhase進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。
