Portable Small USB Camera
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的MINIPIX設(shè)備配備了單個(gè)的Timepix探測(cè)器(256 x 256 ,像素大小55 μm),硅傳感器厚度300μm。采用USB2.0的接口讀出速率為30幀/秒(曝光時(shí)間為1ms)。能量敏感成像內(nèi)置了一個(gè)小的裝置,可用于新維度的輻射成像。小型化的MINIPIX可內(nèi)置于用于難以成像的管道或受限的空間里。
MINIPIX 可以匹配針孔或X射線鏡片。系統(tǒng)可用于成像(X射線,中子,離子),輻射監(jiān)測(cè)并識(shí)別單個(gè)顆粒(X射線,電子,α粒子等),能量檢測(cè)是其應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
通過USB界面來操控MINIPIX,相機(jī)通過PIXET LITE(supports MS Windows, Mac OS and LINUX)軟件控制運(yùn)行。
這款設(shè)備的主要應(yīng)用在識(shí)別單個(gè)顆粒并檢測(cè)它們的能量,同樣可用于成像(如X射線或中子成像)
