AdvaPIX QUAD探測器包含四個單獨的Timepix3芯片,中心2.04mm開口,允許光束不間斷地通過模塊,快速平行讀出。 AdvaPIX QUAD可實現(xiàn)高達(dá)每秒1300幀的可持續(xù)幀速率。 每個Timepix均有一個獨立的USB 3.0通信通道。 這確保了整個系統(tǒng)快速讀出。 系統(tǒng)中的所有模塊可同步操作或獨立觸發(fā)。 客戶可根據(jù)需求選擇傳感器類型(Si或CdTe)及厚度。
ADVAPIX QUAD支持真空兼容,專為XRD、SAXS、SEM應(yīng)用而設(shè)計。相機(jī)中央的開口空間使得在相機(jī)前無需使用光束擋板。
